COACHING
Western Yoga is commonly known as a workout but the origin of yoga started as a way to find balance within. My coaching involves digging deep into your emotions and finding the root of your pain. Childhood has a big impact on how we react in our present.
In our sessions, we will work through a lot of past hurt, reflect on who you are as a person, and how you can become the best version of yourself. The first step is self-reflection, the second is acceptance, and lastly balance within. Healing is a process of making yourself healthy again and that process isn’t easy but you don’t have to do it alone.
MY COACHING METHOD

SELF-REFLECTION
Concentrate on what the real problem is. We will go over different methods on how to pin point where those emotions are coming from.

ACCEPTANCE
Next, you’ll learn to accept your past self while also learning to let go of the trauma that lead you here.

BALANCE
The last step? We take what you learned and apply it to your daily life. You’ll find yourself in a clearer mindset that brings balance to your life.
